Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Runes. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Runes is a travel-planning tool that generates AI itineraries and provides links to third-party booking partners. Runes is a planning aid, not a travel agency or seller of travel — we do not sell, resell, or book flights, lodging, or activities. Bookings are made directly with the relevant partner under their terms. Runes currently supports United States destinations.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Runes. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

AI-generated content

Itineraries, recommendations, prices, hours, and other details produced by Runes and Navi are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify critical details (opening hours, prices, availability, travel requirements) directly with the provider before you rely on or book anything.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission on bookings made through them at no extra cost to you. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no use that infringes others' rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or third-party bookings.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Contact us at privacy@runesplan.com.
